General Information about gulet charter agreement

We prepare a customized Charter agreement with specific terms after defining all details of your gulet holiday.

Price include gulet rent, crew, up to four hours of daily cruising, drinking water, onboard equipment, linens, insurance, and national port taxes.
We apply the charter price per boat, up to the maximum number of guests allowed by law.Price do not include foreign transit log fees or international port expenses.
Full-board or half-board menu is extra unless otherwise specified in the Charter agreement.

Embarkation

We offer embarkation in Bodrum, Marmaris, Gocek, Fethiye, and main Greek ports.
The captain approves the itinerary according to weather and maritime regulations and may may adjust the program for safety reasons.
Our routes follow protected-area rules and include up to four cruising hours per day.
Embarkation starts after 16:00 and disembarkation is completed by 10:00.
The gulet remains in port on the first and last day to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.

Payments

Require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, and the balance three weeks before departure.
Some gulets require the balance in cash at embarkation.
Transit log and provisioning payments are always collected in cash at check-in.
Cancellation fees apply: 10% up to 90 days, 50% from 89 to 30 days, 100% within 29 days.
Some vessels may apply different Charter agreement terms, specified in the final contract.

General Contract Conditions

Your gulet will be deliver clean, fully equipped, and ready for navigation.
We guarantee delivery as agreed or provide an equivalent or superior alternative if necessary.
Qualified crew including captain, deckhands, and cook included.
Insurance of the gulet vessel and crew against fire and collision risks.
Personal travel insurance not included.

Guests on Board

Guests compensate for any damage caused to the gulet or its equipment.
Gulets are chartered exclusively as a private leisure boat.
The captain determines navigation according to weather and local regulations.
Unresolved disputes are handled by the court where the vessel is registered.
