Rhodes-South Dodecanese gulet cruise is a beautiful cruise operated with superior gulets in Greece. Boarding and disembarkation

Boarding begins on Sundays after 4 pm at the New marina of Rhodes town in via Australias. On a first day your gulet remains in the port and starts sailing the next morning. It is therefore possible to board at any time after 4pm until late. * Please note that the first night is spent in Rhodes New Marina and the next morning, the captain and staff will arrange all necessary formalities and / or fuel. We will begin navigation between 10:00 and 13:00, depending on the provisions of the port authorities and / or the fuel office.

Disembarkation is the following Sunday after breakfast. Your gulet will return to the port of Rhodes on Saturday in the late morning by lunchtime.

Gulet and services on board

The first service on board is dinner on the day of boarding. Dinner on board is served until 10pm. Last service on board is breakfast on Sunday morning before disembarkation.

If your flight does not coincide with the boarding / disembarking times, we can store your luggage at the reception of the New Marina of Rhodes until boarding or after disembarkation.

Your gulet on this itinerary will be VGO GULET  with 8 cabins or an alternative boat of the same category. The cabins are double with private bathroom and shower. It is possible to request a cabin with double bed, twin beds or a triple cabin. Single use supplement is 60%.

Air conditioning is switched on for 6-8 hours a day (for example 08: 00-09: 00 – 13: 00-14: 00 – 18: 00-20: 00 – 22: 00-00: 00). Please note that the New Marina of Rhodes does not allow the use of generators due to noise pollution.

Optional excursions

During the gulet cruise from Rhodes sailing the islands of the Southern Dodecanese there are no optional organized excursions, except the day before disembarking will be possible to join the excursion to Lindos.

For those arriving the day before in Rhodes we recommend a hotel in the city of Rhodes which is 4 km from the Marina (€ 8 by taxi). In the Marina area there are few hotels, but undoubtedly the city of Rhodes is much more interesting to spend the evening before boarding.

Airport

The airport of Rhodes Diagoras (RHO) is located 20km from the New Marina of Rhodes and 25km from Rhodes city. The price of the private taxi that you will always find available on arrival is around €30 for up to 4 people. Or if travelling in group; the price of a mini van for groups is indicative€ 90 (advance booking required).

Rhodes is connected with the major European airports with direct flights throughout the summer. It is also possible to reach Rhodes via the Greek island of Kos or other islands of the Dodecanese.

Documents required for boarding:

At the time of booking you will be asked to send us the details for the passenger list (names, date of birth and number of the document you will take with you) and the deposit of 50% of the booking.
